fa بررسی سطح توسعه انسانی در پهلوی دوم و پس از انقلاب؛ با تاکید بر اصل حکمرانی تحولات انقلاب اسلامی پژوهشي Research <p style="font-style: normal; text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height:2;"><strong><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span b="" lotus="">شاخص توسعه انسانی همواره مقیاس متناسبی برای سنجش اثرگذاری معیارهای رشد اقتصادی و رفاه بوده است. اطلاعات متقن از رژیم پهلوی دوم این نکته را مورد تایید قرار می دهد که سطح شاخص توسعه انسانی در آن دوران به نسبت سالهای پس از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی به میزان قابل توجهی پایین تر بوده است. در این میان پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی با بسترسازی حکمرانی خوب، دامنه انتظارات درباره افزایش توسعه انسانی را شتاب بخشیده است. به عبارتی وقوع انقلاب اسلامی و شاکله حکمرانی خوب و عدالتخواه، زمینه را برای افزایش شاخص توسعه انسانی فراهم ساخته است. از این رو این مقاله در پی بررسی و پاسخ به این سوال اصلی است که تفاوت های سطح شاخص توسعه انسانی در دوره پهلوی دوم و پس از انقلاب اسلامی چگونه بوده و وقوع انقلاب اسلامی چه تأثیری بر توسعه این شاخص داشته است؟ در این راستا برای پیشبرد پژوهش، از روش کیفی تحلیل اسنادی نظام&shy;مند استفاده شده است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که در دوره پهلوی دوم، سطح توسعه انسانی پایین ماند؛ اما پس از انقلاب اسلامی، با تغییر پارادایم حکمرانی به سوی عدالتخواهی توزیعی، خدمت رسانی فراگیر و سرمایه گذاری در آموزش و بهداشت، شاخص توسعه انسانی در شرایط مطلوب تری قرار گرفت.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</strong></span></p> <div style="text-align: justify;">The Human Development Index has always been a suitable measure for measuring the effectiveness of economic growth and welfare measures. Reliable information from the second Pahlavi regime confirms that the level of the Human Development Index during that period was significantly lower than in the years following the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Meanwhile, the victory of the Islamic Revolution, by laying the foundation for good governance, has accelerated the scope of expectations for increasing human development. In other words, the occurrence of the Islamic Revolution and the formation of good and just governance have paved the way for an increase in the Human Development Index.Therefore, this article seeks to examine and answer the main question of what were the differences in the level of the human development index during the second Pahlavi period and after the Islamic Revolution, and what impact did the Islamic Revolution have on the development of this index? In this regard, a qualitative method of systematic document analysis was used to advance the research.
